We handle privileged information belonging to our clients and to the firms that use AViGAyL. This page explains, transparently, which safeguards are in place today and what we are actively building. We do not claim certifications we do not hold — we would rather be honest about where we stand.
Infrastructure
Our systems run on Amazon Web Services (AWS), on servers located in the United States. Each product (website, Jurídiconline, AViGAyL) runs in isolation on its own infrastructure.
Encryption in transit
All communications through our forms and the Jurídiconline assistant are encrypted in transit. Our site runs over HTTPS with an SSL certificate. Even so, we recommend not sending highly sensitive information (for example, passwords or card numbers) through the contact form.
Access control
Access to administrative panels requires authentication, and sessions expire automatically. Roles within AViGAyL determine what information each user can view and modify, in line with the firm's hierarchy (Manager, Coordinators, Attorneys, etc.). The site's administration panel also requires a code sent by email when accessed from a new device.
Traceability and audit trail
Critical records and transactions within AViGAyL (payments, cases, merges of duplicates) are permanently logged. No record is physically deleted from the system — it is marked as inactive or cancelled, preserving the full history.
Confidentiality of case information
The case, client and court-proceeding information managed in AViGAyL belongs exclusively to the firm that entered it. We do not share or sell client case information, nor use it to train third-party artificial intelligence models.
Artificial intelligence
Our AI assistants (Jurídiconline and the AViGAyL copilot) use Anthropic (Claude) models under an enterprise account. Conversations are not used to train third-party models. The assistant provides general, informational guidance — it does not replace the professional judgment of a lawyer.
Under active development
We are transparent about what we are still completing:
- Automated, encrypted backup of business data (subscriptions, leads) to redundant storage.
- Periodic screening against watch lists (OFAC) for new clients and counterparties.
